At MCC Gears, We do not accept returns or exchanges for change of mind or incorrect size selection.
Damaged, Defective or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or you receive the wrong item, we'll make it right.
Please contact us within 14 days of receiving your order and include:
- Your order number.
- A description of the issue.
- Clear photos showing the problem.
Once reviewed, we'll arrange a replacement or refund at no additional cost to you.
Size Exchanges
Please check our size guides carefully before ordering. As we cannot offer exchanges or refunds for incorrect size selection.
Lost Packages
If your package appears to be lost in transit, please contact us. We'll work with our shipping partners to investigate and provide the best possible solution.
Refunds
Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method. Please allow several business days for your financial institution to process the refund after it has been approved.
